某些大型元件如內(nèi)存插槽需要手工插入

隨后進(jìn)爐加溫回焊，使得元件能夠充分被焊接在主板上

隨后還需要人工檢查，是否有虛焊之地方

后有工人進(jìn)行實(shí)際之檢測，至此主板加工流程告一段落

一塊加工完成之成品主板就會被送到筆記本組裝車間，這里將包括必要之連線，插入CPU、內(nèi)存等功能模塊，并被固定在筆記本外殼等一系列流程。

首先是主機(jī)部分之固定與安裝

安裝上屏幕后，基本也算大功告成了

    隨后筆記本就將被送到滾動之測試生產(chǎn)線，反復(fù)運(yùn)行3DMARK等一系列測試軟件，據(jù)工作人員介紹，如果是成熟機(jī)型一般出廠前都會測試8個小時(shí)左右，但如果是剛開發(fā)之新機(jī)型則測試時(shí)間會增長到48個小時(shí)，已確定機(jī)器本身之穩(wěn)定性。

測試完畢后，就進(jìn)行到 后之保潔，貼紙貼銘牌等一些列工作
